We're talking guided meditation, mirror gazing (yeah, you heard it right), writing heartfelt letters to ourselves, and some soul-baring group sharing. It's about digging deep, getting vulnerable, and embracing our truth! We'll unlock that inner wisdom, understand our thoughts and feelings, and shower ourselves with nothing but love and kindness.

Welcome & Introduction

We'll start by creating a warm and inviting space where you'll feel comfortable and supported. I'll introduce the workshop and set the stage for our journey of self-compassion.

Guided Meditation & Grounding

We'll embark on a guided meditation to help you relax, center yourself, and be present in the moment. Through this practice, you'll find inner stillness and cultivate a sense of calm.

Mirror Gazing, Affirmations, Self-Reflection

I will take you on a journey toward self-compassion and self-acceptance using a handheld mirror, personalized affirmations, and self-reflection.

Guided Group Sharing

We'll start by creating a warm and inviting space where you'll feel comfortable and supported. I'll introduce the workshop and set the stage for our journey of self-compassion.

Self-Compassion Exercise

I will lead you to participate in a self-compassion exercise to be completed by yourself.

Circle of Affirmation

We all will create a safe and supportive space for sharing our experiences. We will engage in meaningful discussions with fellow participants and build connections.

Introduction to "Awaken Your Purpose" Program

I will introduce my 90-day program as an offering to those who might be interested in one-on-one coaching with me.

Closing Meditation & Gratitude

We'll end with a closing meditation, expressing gratitude for the journey we've embarked upon together. Embrace the self-compassion cultivated and carry it forward into your daily life.
